A brilliant work culture is always at the top of our agenda – where colleagues feel inspired and empowered to do the right thing for our customers while reaching their full potential. This works best in an environment where people are inspired to bring their best selves to work. In addition to employee surveys, we use a variety of communication tools to keep everyone up to date and gather insights and feedback.
Developing talent
We know that we have high-potential talent at all levels across NewDay. We firmly believe in supporting colleagues in developing themselves, regardless of their career stage. From soft and functional skills to technical or leadership training, we build bespoke training programmes centred around the individual’s needs and goals.
NewDay is ever evolving. Change happens on a weekly basis, which keeps things interesting! I find it to be very employee focused, which is one of the reasons I’m still here.
